WoS and mempool are showing several days worth of confirmations.

Phoenix is showing pending....Any advice?

You'll have to raise the fee limit, you are willing to pay for the channel creation.

Yes, but the channel still needs to be opened. Tap on the 1M sats text, then you'll be guided to a menu with further details.

Ah thanks. I didn't realize phoenix required lightning to function.

Or go manually to: Settings -> Channel Management
