3 days and still can’t access my #FoldCard after trying to make my first purchase and my card declined even though I had money on it. I wanted to get this so I could earn #Bitcoin on my mortgage payments but don’t think I’ll be trusting them for that anymore 🙄

I’d reach out to them directly and twitter and to their CS contact. They’ve always been quick getting back to me when I’ve had issues. Like most bitcoin products, they still have to rely on operating partners from the fiat world which have the power to block and gatekeep user access.
My guess would be app version bug
Have you tried purchasing a gift card with the app? Maybe the card is bad? You can buy an Amazon gift card. See if that works? Otherwise it may be your account at the bank.
The money was already transferred to the card from my bank days before hand. I can’t even access my account now, it has nothing to do with my bank
Shit that fucking sucks. Have you tried it at multiple places and its declined every time? Did it ever work and then stop, or has it just never properly activated?

I activated my card through the app after putting $50 on the card. A few days later was going to pay for some food that was $45 and the card was declined. Went to check the app to see what might be going on but even though I got a payment as well as a declined transaction notification from the app simultaneously, the app logged me out and haven’t been able to log in since. I didn’t want to try to pay for anything again being that I’m locked out of the app!
This was my first transaction, also I appreciate you looking into it!
