Its great. I eat dinner with the family but thats it. I try to focus on meat only but im not the one cooking and it would require the whole family going on meat only. But we eat balanced diet id say.

All kinds of benefits but mainly just feel good. If I have coffee its black or with honey. Also swithed to whole milk.

I did a 4.5 day water only fast as a massive reset about a month and a half ago and that was tough. It was like having a fever but temp was good. You can feel your body changing.

All i know is that i am eating becuase I am expected to while on vacation and i dont feel good. Clearly we need to eat but I feel eating is a social thing for the most part. Probably very different story 100 or 200 years ago. People probably only ate 1 a day back then.
