There are a couple things I would bicker with this guy about (e.g. seemed to assert that Americans are generally metabolically healthier than all other countries), but the 5 minutes or so at the 25 minute mark is worth listening too.

The whole nonprofit vs for profit hospital scheme is just made up.

The interplay between insurance companies charging a commission for a "deal" while hospitals using those made up price gaps to justify nonprofit status (read: tax benefits) and turn around and get additional federal payments is an absolute scam.
