While I’m a strong believer in mind-body-medicine techniques, the immune system requires challenges to create an arsenal of defenses against threats commonly encountered in its environment. So while this spammer was annoying AF for pretty much everyone, the knee jerk reaction to bitch about it instead of accepting the challenge and building defenses is like a harmful autoimmune reaction.
