Trying to find or make a naturally water barrier contained space on our property to plant tall bamboo.

Make sure you’re ready for it to take over! That stuff spreads like wildfire

They spread too much. But they are very useful.

I have perpendicular streams. Research says it won’t cross those.

But I find that hard to believe

measure thrice, plant once or so they say

Hmmmm... That might be ture. 🤔

There are also clumping varieties that don't spread. They might be an option if you can't find or create a containment space.
