All I can say is that I downloaded Warcraft II from file sharing as a kid, and today my younger brother works at Blizzard. Economics.

It was insightful to discuss some BTC/nostr concepts with team members there when I’ve had the chance. Having been bought by Microsoft, applying open standards are still far from the ethos. Seems Indie devs have a great leg to stand on moving forward.
