it links to https://github.com/PlebOne/nos/releases which is empty

I have managed to install golang in my Debian 12 machine and nos run great

Thanks, there is a Windows binary here https://github.com/PlebOne/nos/releases/tag/v1.1.1

I'm working on getting it in the winget repo, but that may take a few days waiting for review.
