I used the V slicer to make thin strips of some centercut squash, the. salted them to draw out some of the moisture. Then I used them like the "noodle" layer in some lasagna. Delicious.

The centercut squash have a lot less moisture in them and are "meatier" so I didn't wind up with a ton of water in the lasagna.
