Love it 👊🏻

—Dry fasting (no water) is another hidden gem. Once or twice a year is a game changer.

It’s easier than you think. Three nights, two days.

Your body scavenges for water from your fat cells that have been collecting toxins for years.

Maybe anecdotal but i had profoundly positive physical and mental effects.

Nice! I’ve bookmarked that…will give it try down the track.

Working through the adaptation phase will probably take me another month or so.

Thank you for your influence in this space. It finally hit home!

Thank you, that means quite a lot to me.

To further a point, I agree that strict carnivore is the way to go for a good while.

Only and after you’ve trained your body to not crave carbs, you can work in vegetables (if you miss them)

—Im still very strict with desserts or breads after 4 years. I don’t really miss them.

I do miss beer though haha

🧡👊🏻🍻

Oh yeah…I’m definitely going to miss a good glass of red wine.

I’ve had debilitating tummy pains all my life from food so I doubt I will stray off this path…unless it’s a very special occasion.
