Use listr.lol to make a list and then call it with the boost command.

The prism will be created just for the users on that list (up to 10 people obviously)

The accts on the list have to be the ones to boost in order for it to work... am i understandingthat correctly?

The users in the listr still have to repost. You're just choosing elgible recipients of zaps.
