Yo man these health nuts crack me up.

Ppl figured this out day 1 before civilization. - simple break down -

Eat brains it's good for you brain.

Eat bones it's good for your bones.

So on and so one.

Now if any veggies or fruits looks like any part of your body ...it's 100% good for that part of your body.

People from other countries been hearing this from my elders for generations hahahaha.
