It was so good. 2 large sweet potatoes baked for 25 minutes at 400F. Large tortilla and mild Tocobell sauce.
anything on the potatoes? butter/oil? salt?
No butter or oil or salt. Just a parchment paper on the pan to keep things from sticking. Cut everything about a quarter inch thick.
