Didn’t get a Christmas bonus this year because I didn’t ass kiss enough an incredibly rude new project manager 😂

He literally called me an unprofessional cowboy in the first few meetings we had and got mad he couldn’t understand the system after I’d explained it 5x times.

Haha, he was basically expecting a 1 man dev team to have the processes of a 5 man dev team.

Obvs this is why I’m looking for another job, or the straw that broke the camels back!
