Some sort of cheese and butter probably. Or ham. Or liver pate, that used to be quite a big thing here and I still love it. Basically anything you can slap on bread or the roll (rohlík). Our rolls are different dough than our bread tho. Rolls are white, typical bread is half rye and half wheat, not as soft and slightly sour. That's rare to get outside our continent in exact ratio, even in western Europe.
