I just picked up this second-hand desktop Lenovo ThinkCentre M73 for our Nostr booth at #FOSDEM

What OS with a GUI should I install?

I’ve worked with Lubuntu and Linux Mint in the past, but I’m open to try something else.

Not sure about the spec.

As you're familiar with Linux Mint, you might want to try the Xfce version of LM.

Xfce is comparatively lightweight, modular, simple, and a no-bs desktop. You might like it.
