I agree with Paul but it's partly a matter of preference. I feel so much better throughout the day when I workout in the morning. My head feels clearer, I feel calmer, and I feel like I already accomplished something. My wife prefers working out in the afternoon as she's not a morning person, so working out in the morning just makes her grumpy.

Paul's tips about having everything ready the night before is good advice. Then, in the morning, if it's all ready it will be staring at you like "you really got this stuff ready and you're not gonna follow through??" My running shoes are really judgmental. πŸ˜‚
