That's not negativity, that's a reasonable position I can argue for in a civilized manner.

We hold people liable for their actions, not their ideas. Inventing something and profiting from it is a goal we strive for.

If I sell you a car and you drive it through a group of children while under the influence, it's only reasonable that you're held accountable.
