Nostr devs are like government. Public servants creating and laying the land of nostr for us normal people, like myself. Correct?

Imagine a government thats, not actually functioning as a team, trying to create and lay the land for everyday citizens to come enjoy?
The data is out there for what normal people like and use in social media stuffs. Use it and put a bitcoin spin on it.
Why are all devs not having board room like chats over nests or something, working as a team to plan out, create and build the one "brand" (nostr app/client) for android, iOS, and browser that focuses on the relevant data mentioned above?
I just think we as bitcoiners have become biased when we hear the word "centralized" but that's essentially what I think nostr devs need to do for nostr to take off.
It seems to me most devs want to fly all over the world for conferences & shit instead of using the communications protocol they’re working on?

Although, I have no issues zapping these devs "paying their salary" so to say (think of a client subscription or a nip-05 "blue check" cost similar as a tax if you will) if the sats I pay are used to help the client implement new features, the overall community using the client, and my voice and everyone elses is heard when it comes to changes etc.
Alas, IQ points must be lost or gained naturally although it kinda seems like common sense to use the tools in our tool belt like bitpac.org to maybe help facilitate things into fruition.
There's a great opportunity floating out there I can kinda make out in the distance, I just don't quite have the skills or resources to just DO IT MYSELF.

No. We need real humans thinking and working together using the technology available for a common goal. That's how nostr wins.

The protocol already works, the only missing thing is education.

Then we're talking adoption. I think nostronaut thinks devs need to work harder. I think this is time to relax for them, and for us to do our job.

Yeah, maybe someone has a brilliant idea that captures the attention of normies or something unexpected happens and they begin flooding the relays, and solutions for the challenge of scaling become more relevant.
Maybe that's the next goal. Scaling.
