it's quite beautiful. we're all working on the same goals. there are no wrong answers, perhaps better approaches though.
agree, although I wouldn't want to personally judge better or worse myself; as I'm not technical enough.
however the whole culture is so different from large company culture. you show respect and appreciation by challenging another persons viewpoint or idea, rather than all this fake applause to move up the career ladder.
It’s like building a symphony together. There are different movements and there is a moment for each. We are just coordinating to make the music flow. Enjoy the dance.
