If the guide was only parts 4 (after rewording) and 5 I'd be welcoming it, but it seems the public position is pretty clearly "vote yes".

I could nitpick each paragraph but it's not necessary, we all know the framing of "it's just about being heard, that's all" is bullshit and that's enough reason to say "No".
