The obvious case study for viral capture is Remilia, if you're not familiar I can find some reading material to get you up to speed. We're open about our influences and Remilia is an obvious influence re: viral capture.
Sure, building on Nostr is something I encourage but that's me speaking. This message is me speaking for SAIF but not all my messages are like this. I encourage building on Nostr for it's own sake because it's an interesting idea, I don't see how in the present it'd be of any use to the project. Can it become of use in the future? Sure.
I think your reading of the spiritual opsec guide is too on the nose, it was never meant to be that. It was my idea but that's besides the point. "There are two you's now. Meat-you and cyber-you". This has all been clear from the start on Twitter. Viral capture being one our goals, people infected by SAIF going off into their localities, creating networks, infiltrating organisations and institutions etc etc etc. Even our talks on post authorship, fragmentation, rhizomaticization of cyberspace identity and becoming uncancelable that whilst some of us value OPSEC, it is not gospel. I think it's easy to see how one goes from exploring what I've just stated (total mitigation of cancellation) to schizo posting online without fear of consequence. In a way, it's OPSEC but offensive.
Again, I don't see how it's hypocritical when we've been clear on that from the start. "SAIF doesn't care about OPSEC" is a reaction to the recent painting of us as being overly bothered about OPSEC. We don't advocate teaching the masses OPSEC, etc etc etc. It's useful information to have and not need rather than the inverse and it's good etc etc you already know this but I gave you the elevator pitch version of the SAIF vision in my response to Alp. In pursuit of that vision, I'll put all my chips on the table, OPSEC and personal safety be damned.
I think you should maybe stop to consider why people comfortable with the cypherpunk label such as proud and myself would be willing to go along with the move to Discord. You know we're competent, we know that you know that. There is no coup, there is no splintering or in fighting, that's just a meme. Now why would joycat and cypherpunk SAIF stick together if OPSEC were to be this massive dividing line? It isn't because the cypherpunks in the group have a grasp of the vision at large.
Final thing, regarding your messages regarding nostr being ignored. I don't know who you've messaged and on what platform but if it's not Twitter or Discord, you're unlikely to get a response. I've given clarification and feedback myself and I'm still willing to do that but know this, you don't need my permission or anybody else's to do whatever you want. If you like the project and it inspires you to build, then build. If you think what I'm saying is unreasonable, build for your own sake or start your own project etc.
