Replying to Avatar rabble

How do I transfer stats that I’ve got in lightning wallets to a normal btc wallet and back and forth. Not looking for some hardware, or even non-custodial… Cash.app seems to do it, but is that it?

Sending via lightning to muun and then on-chain to normal wallet is probably the easiest
