If God loves His Creatures and His redemption of His creatures is only contingent on His election/disspensation of saving grace to them, why would we not see universal salvation?

If He requires no synergy between His will and with the will of the regenerated, how could He not save all those who He loves? Conversely, how could He be severe in justice against creatures who, being totally depraved from their conception, had no meaningful participation in their hatred towards Him?

This is the central reason I am not an occasionalist/calvinist. My firm belief in God’s love AND His just righteousness preclude it. People have a meaningful choice in responding to God’s gracious call to repentance. And He will rightly judge based on how people respond to His call in their hearts. May God have mercy on us, the sinners that we are.
