Saved this. Is there a way to modify if you don’t have a smoker? Prob could still use the marinade but it’d still hit different

If I didn’t have a smoker I would add a dash of liquid smoke and then use a regular oven at its lowest temp and crack it open with a wooden spoon. Confer with #[2]​ though he’s the professional.

Liquid smoke is magic. Also not a professional.

I have liquid smoke because I love to cook! Unprofessionally 🤣
