Saved this. Is there a way to modify if you don’t have a smoker? Prob could still use the marinade but it’d still hit different

If I didn’t have a smoker I would add a dash of liquid smoke and then use a regular oven at its lowest temp and crack it open with a wooden spoon. Confer with #[2] though he’s the professional.
