Well we're gonna have to agree to disagree. There is no justification to kill unarmed civilians, doesn't mattter where it happens or what excuse is used. This sounds like Israel using Hamas to justify killing civilians. So here 'criminals' are the justification. Same exact thing because people who aren't these criminals you speak of will certainly suffer more than these alleged criminals. Its the playbook of every tyrant throughout history.
