I disgaree. What you call healthy, I call leaky. I've tried both; I prefer not to be leaky.

Dude, if you only eat meat, you poop once a week. It's not constipation, your body can actually digest and absorb the food. I'm pretty sure passing that much fiber through your intestines is damaging them.
And don't merely focus on quantity. Pooping in the correct position opens things up so nothing is left behind. Focus on quality poops with a squatty potty or stool and you can thank me later.
