That’s too much equipment for my home. Thankfully I have Carlos, the ristretto king at my coffee shop around the corner. ☕️👑

The secret to making a perfect espresso is to serve it in a heated cup. He fills it with hot water, dumps it out, and then pulls the shot. If anyone tries to serve you an espresso in a cold cup, ask them to do it over.

So much better. When I was working at a coffee shop, we had the bars that had a little heater on the top where we’d keep the cups. Makes a world of difference.
