Muting the phrases

Can you mute based on phrases in Amethyst? If so how?

Swipe-right menu. Click "security filters". Click "keywords"
The strange effect is that the counter of reply is still counting them, so I open comment for a post with 3 comments but see nothing as it's all filtered spam.
