Usual diet report:

So I'm dieting about tenth day. Fasting to OMAD and more, keeping strict keto. It was so far so good, but I made several mistakes in changing environment.

Last Wednesday I was going through two day fast and totally outdid myself in a theatre by training and massaging everyone. Then on Thursday we had a play and I was still fasting, which resulted in solid tiredness. I didn't feel it, but my body wasn't regenerating enough and I barely walked home at midnight, so tired.

But who knows, it was really too much for me anyway, maybe not eating was just a partial cause. We do this only twice a year, so it's hard to tell.

I spent Friday barely moving around and on Saturday had usual theatre course. Men, my back muscles were incredibly sore by then. I felt great, but driving a car was whole four days nearly impossible.

On Sunday we drove to our shack hour away, I was better already and kept OMAD as before, but on Monday I got terribly weak. I mean my hands were dropping stuff. I lied down, thinking that's it, I overdid myself to starvation. But no, it was painful awful PMS.💖

I slept through yesterday, watching anime, and switched to nibbling potatoes with ham and bacon, even had a coffee with a lot of milk. That all made me feel so good.

Today I'm still weak, but the major pain from endometriosis is gone (google it, it's actually very common problem amongst women).

I'll start some stretching and core exercises today, since cycle is now acceptable and I'm stiff like a plank😖

That's the problem with menstruation, no app for life change, motivation or fitness takes it in consideration. And yet, it's painful knockout every fourth week.

Women live in a wild month cycle and I should take the diet accordingly.

Other than that, I feel I lost a bit and feel great. Can't weigh myself here and don't plan to. We'll see on Friday.

I did keto for about 3 months a few years back. I definitely felt a lack of energy while working out so tour tiredness from walking makes sense. There is an adjustment period of up to weeks as I recall where your body is adjusting from carbs to fats as fuel source. Guessing that had something to do with it also! How long are you doing it for?

I had 100kg when I started and goal is like 80 or less. I'll see, but definitely in that range. I'm losing very quickly now, I guess my porky body is in sheer shock there are no more donuts👀😂 How did you gain energy for workout? I'm not hungry and now after food get really sleepy, so feeding myself doesn't feel right. And no sugars, so I'm now kinda lost on quick charging. Or will the weakness go away soon?

When I used to get weak its cos I wasnt eating regularly. The keto, running on fats, makes you less hungry so I would workout when I hadnt eaten in a while. So yeah, eat regularly even if not hungry. The weird period should take around 2 weeks so hopefully youll be out of it soon.

Thanks. I'm now going hard at it to avoid sugar cravings, but when it comes to feel better, I plan to throw in small breakfast. Now when I eat anything my brain goes boom, so I keep that for one rich dinner. I'm not sure I'd keep calm during a day started all nibbly like this.

Good luck, always hard to lose weight. I need to do something similar myself!
