Pulled out the old Singer to fix some pants today. What a beautiful manual machine that is. I don't know if they even make stuff like this anymore. Hopefully bitcoin can bring beautiful quality stuff like this back to market!

Serious professional seamstresses only use old Singer machines
I've been watching videos of a guy bringing cars and trucks from the early 1900's back to life.
Yesterday, I was trying to imagine someone 100 years from now trying to get a 2025 vehicle running. I highly doubt it would happen without modding it to not require most of the sensors, computers, etc.
I've been fantasizing about someone making good cars again my whole life. Bitmobile? A simple fixable artisan non-fiat car company?
I've been (mentally) planning the idea of a kit car that is "basic transportation", instead of a Morgan or Lambo look-alike, with the goal that it's all repairable, and a template for custom gagetry of the owner's choosing.
It's entirely possible. I'd love to see it happen. Maybe I can get the ball rolling in a few years after I clear some other hurdles.
Keep in the loop. We can just do thing.
Bring it back. A fridge that does not last 50 years is a fiat fridge
