RN here. I've been wondering if PMAs and/or direct primary care models are the way.
Is PMA personal medical assistant? Would love to know more
Private Membership Association. It's based off contract law and can let you do things without requiring permission/licensure.
An example of this is how some places can serve alcohol in a dry county. Government can't interfere with contracts.
