Uhm. Sounds like a relay issue. Relay management is kind of a pain in the ass, but more often than not is the cause of problems.
So what do you suggest I do? I’m a bit technically challenged. Any help is appreciated

Connexion or network problem, either you will need an Update of your client..
Absolutely, a "relay" problem... You would have to wait a few minutes or either you opt for a paid relay, simply!
