If everyone in a neighborhood says you can't come into my house naked and wearing a strap on, in no way does that mean the person is not free to do so, nor is that in any sense of the word "authoritarian."
Liberty isn't everyone being forced to allow and support any potential "non-violent" action in every possible context or space. That argument is as absurd as saying that to think drugs should be legal you have to love heroin and want everyone to use it every day.
