There are multiple problems with current phones.
(1) 5G and above are damaging to our health
(2) Smartphones are damaging overall to mental health and kids follow parents behavior
(3) Privacy intrusions persistent down into the chips themselves
(4) SO, Smartphones are compromised 100%, do not store any coins on there whatsoever and if do like 8,888 sats or less.
(5) New one I read from Graphene, the newer code for smartphones 5G and future tech, is NEW! Therefore not fully matured codebase!
(6) Banks and other services, particularly in small towns like St. Louis require or do not ask, about using your phone number for security.
(7) Phone plans are way overpriced in USA.
(8) There is an alternative to major services, google etc, called 2auth or 2factor.
I'm using Authy by Twilio in some instances, as this standard is open right now...but surely some stuff coming to lock it down.

Probaby more than you wanted...ha! Its on my mind.
No. It's exactly what I wanted. Thank you, for taking the time to share and explain.
I am still unsure how turning off phone portion helps you flush out services that use it. Can you lead me through the process step by step and how I can implement it?
I'd like to to change my phone number of about 20 years now as it appears like it's been compromised. The sucky part is and why I didn't want to lose this number and I had parked it for half a year while abroad because I was having trouble accessing services without text confirmation etc.
I'd like to take a slow meticulous approach to re-securing everything and implementing 2FA and whatever MFA other than sms. Or maybe I need a second number for a period to switch everything over to and then kill this one.
Does this makes sense and why I am interested in your sharing? Any additional thoughts?
Ok, let's get started 😉
What phone provider do you have?
I think you are semi-stuck with at least one phone number in North America at least.
Tmobile you can reduce your service down to $20 phone + text if you call in or go into the store.
Let's start there.
