You must have not put combined amount of both utxos and spent less than total amount.

Yep, need to use the ‘Use all possible funds’ toggle to sweep the UTXOs

I selected both utxo and selected use all possible funds as I stated. That is why I am asking. It would show the correct total and then not send the total on multiple attempts.
