The earth has been circumnavigated east-to-west tons of times - it has NEVER been done north-south.
And doing that east-west flight (or sailing) around the flat earth would show the same on the compass as on the globe model (east the entire time for example), as compasses always point to the north pole on either model.
Around the 1:09:00 mark of the second half of the Flat Earth Dave interview I just uploaded, the guy that comes on and talks about timezones is a professional sailor who's circumnavigated the Earth multiple times himself, and became a flat-earther as a result because he saw all the inconsistencies and put the pieces together.
As for the flight paths, I decided not to dig super deeply into that one with Dave, because with all the bonus content, the 2 parts are already almost 5 hours LOL. If you went to Rumble/Bitchute/Odysee and searched "flat earth flight paths", I'm sure you could find some good resources on that
But short answer: I'd assume something just like in the attached pic! I wouldn't overthink it, it's equally as straight of a flight as it would be on the globe model
