Hi franny! I'm so glad you liked them. Its really easy and you can make it with gourd/pumpkin leaf. Let me share the detailed recipe here: Take the leaves, particularly younger and greener ones. Get rid of the stems and boil them in the water. Then squeeze all the water out of the boiled leaves so that it doesnβt become soggy. After that add cilantro, chillies, onions salt and oil of your choice and mash them altogether! And that's it! The final result should look like a dip. Hope you give it a try! #recipe #foodstr
