Hi franny! I'm so glad you liked them. Its really easy and you can make it with gourd/pumpkin leaf. Let me share the detailed recipe here: Take the leaves, particularly younger and greener ones. Get rid of the stems and boil them in the water. Then squeeze all the water out of the boiled leaves so that it doesn’t become soggy. After that add cilantro, chillies, onions salt and oil of your choice and mash them altogether! And that's it! The final result should look like a dip. Hope you give it a try! #recipe #foodstr

I'm also leaving pics of gourd and pumpkin so you understand the kind of leaf we use.

Thank you so much for the detailed version of your receipt! Amazing how much more food you can create from nature than most expect (I’d say) πŸ’š

Totally! For example, when we make something with vegetables (not all of them), we sometimes don't throw away the peel. We either stir fry them of mash them depending on the veg. And that's one more dish, lot more nutrition just from it alone! There are so many kinds and varieties of mashed veg its amazing! The more creative and conscious your are, the more you can make out of nature. Mother Nature is so very much giving. 🀍
