Got about 3+ weeks now; No coffee, Pop, Caffeine.

Got about 2+ weeks with no fast food (Which was more difficult then it sounds, I used to eat fast food 1-2 times a day.

Changed my eating schedule to 12pm-7pm.

Today I will start a new challenge; To completely remove sugar from my diet. Wish me luck as I tackle this next Boss! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿงก
