Got about 3+ weeks now; No coffee, Pop, Caffeine.

Got about 2+ weeks with no fast food (Which was more difficult then it sounds, I used to eat fast food 1-2 times a day.

Changed my eating schedule to 12pm-7pm.

Today I will start a new challenge; To completely remove sugar from my diet. Wish me luck as I tackle this next Boss! πŸ’œπŸ§‘

Best if luck the sugar one will be hard if you just give up sugar without any Substitutes you'll start to see some physical changes like flakey skin I tried it, try using sweeteners. Just a thought. Best of luck

Similar here. I went carnivore a month and a half ago. Total game changer.

I still drink a cup of black coffee with MCT oil frothed in. I'm more sensitive to the caffeine now though, so pondering the wisdom of an alternative..I don't have a lot of routines, and it seems like a healthy ritual for me.

The wife adds the MCT oil in her coffee as well

I changed to intermittent fasting (16-8) and discovered the kettlebell and I'm now 50 pounds lighter and just about chiseled out of marble at 46.

Didn't give up caffeine nor sugar, though.

Did give up fast food... Tovala solved that for me (smart oven and fresh food mailed weekly).

Amazing how much you can change your body in 1-1.5 years.
