Impressive! You cna do it!

I changed to intermittent fasting (16-8) and discovered the kettlebell and I'm now 50 pounds lighter and just about chiseled out of marble at 46.

Didn't give up caffeine nor sugar, though.

Did give up fast food... Tovala solved that for me (smart oven and fresh food mailed weekly).

Amazing how much you can change your body in 1-1.5 years.
