Replying to Avatar apa

I’m going to try cooking steak on stove top and lobster for some homemade surf and turf.

I watched a few YouTube tutorials but would definitely appreciate any tips or tricks from #plebchain!

As mentioned, cast iron high heat sear on stove 5-7 mins in oven on 350 bake. Back on stove to finish off based on cut and preferred taste.
