I have been cleaning a green area full of dog poop bags (BAGS!) this people pick it up just to dump it where noone cleans and the rain has no effect because of the BAGS.
my kids use this space and noone else would do it.
People that put it in a bag, and then just leave it on the ground puzzle me.
We had a bad neighbour acriss the street in the 80s when I was a teen. Their dog used to come and crap in our yard. My dad picked up the dog crap on a shovel and tossed it back across the street into the dog owner's yard every time.
