So ,I’ve got super depressed and didn’t do anything with it.
It got worse and worse.
Tonight I’m feeling that probably I’ll fight for my happiness.
How are you doing?

Build your own small reasons to be more hopeful. Over time they accumulate and build off of eachother.
Good to see you posting, was wondering how you were getting on the other day - I wish you hope and sucess in your fight against the darkness
The fact that you got depressed, means that before you got depressed, you were not depressed. That means your thoughts and feelings you are experiencing now are temporary. Even if that temporary is days, months, or even years, the depression will pass.
Remember, depression is not YOU. It's only something you experience. Given time, you will experience the real you again. Happy, calm, peaceful.
If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion, if you haven't tried it already, people often find counting their breath can help.
The technique goes like this. Focusing on your stomach as it slowly rises and falls. count up to ten breaths, then start from one again. When you notice your mind has wandered - for example after just one count of the breath, just gently go back to focusing on your stomach and count from one again.
Think of it as a game. Every time you notice your mind wander and then come back to the breath - you score a point! It's a win. Slowly your mind will break free of the depressing thoughts and feelings. In the meantime, you just have to kinda sit with it.
And try to talk to someone you can trust if you can. Someone who can help. A professional if you can.
