After my totally easy week I'm ready to start ramping things up again but will do so more gradually. One thing I'm really stoked about is the opportunity to do some running around my old university campus. I'll be there for a meeting so figured I should do something I could never have done even as a young guy going to school there. How many miles? No idea. I know the sites I want to visit so going to run the waypoints. I'm sure it'll be less than 6 miles so within my long run distance for the week. Other ramp ups, like bringing back HIIT and Power Zone training on the Peloton I'll bring in one per week with a drop down week every three in both running and bike this time. #running #fitness #health #longevity #Peloton
