What’s wrong
Sorry for over sharing to those on thread but shatting all day and he like panics so I know he has to go when he needs to go and I just got home from fiat mining and he was panicking we went out did his thing and came back in and he threw up. It’s been 2 days now. I think it’s either a plant he ate, or something I gave him like scraps or something. But he’s either full panic or sleepy & lethargic.

Switch to bland diet… rice and a little boiled chicken… take his food away

When his poop gets better, reintroduce food with the rice and then back to food.. probably 2-3 days. If he keeps having diarrhea even on a bland diet take him to a vet.

I think that’s what he threw up. He hasn’t been eating much and when he came in and vomited he trued to eat and he just kinda shy’d away from it after a couple bites. 🫤
could he be eating something weird in the yard? That happened once to me and I found rotten pumpkin on the side of my house

Yeah but we’ve only been on a short one because it’s been rainy/cloudy here the last few days.
He’s still wants play time but it’s very short lived and usually followed by a trip outside. But he is sleeping more it seems but I mean I sleep more when sick too so 🤷🏼♂️
Def could be something outside. I’ve been wondering the same thing.

It sucks because I am away the next two days and my mom is taking him but I will grab some rice and chicken from the store and whip it up before i leave tomorrow for her.

I’m so sorry loko that’s a very stressful situation. Bland diet is good. If you start to worry it’s something super serious like tonight you might wanna take him to a nearby emergency vet hospital before you leave. There should be one open 24/7 within reasonable distance. These situations are tough though bc that might cost a lot of money and it might be nothing serious. Just keep a close eye on him and follow your gut 🫂

dogs are always eating wrong things.
and they are like horses in that there is no circuit for satiety, they eat everything they can find that smells like food.
you need to make sure you control the space they are in very well, because anything resembling food is going to get eaten.
