Not funny or during an interview but somewhat adjacent - I saw a video about how to guarantee that you get the raise that you ask for - some persuasion techniques. I tried it the next day and it worked.

Ok that’s funny and it’s great you got the job! Hm, I think it was when my dog knocked over a glass full of water- people on the other side heard the sound of glass breaking and noticed I’m looking elsewhere (i was looking at the water all over my wooden floor). I even asked for a minute or two to put the towel over it. They allowed and laughed. Got the job 🙂↕️
I’m not sure this is funny, but a company wanted to hire me but refused to tell me what my pay would be. This was a high end fabrication job building out the interiors of multi-million dollar yachts.
