Hello. Feeling a bit under the weather so sat in bed looking at Nostr. My feet are very cold!

Eat something productive, cover up, and try doing some exercise, it helps, even if it’s just a few push-ups

Good idea, we went to a wildlife park today so I did at least get some exercise and spend time out the house.
